I really hate taking pictures so I was nervous going into our session. Jocelyn is so warm that she immediately put me at ease resulting in shots that I am incredibly happy with (which I was nervous wasn’t possible). Very happy with my experience with Jocelyn! I needed new headshots with an LA based talent agent who wanted me to use one of her referrals in CA.. I asked if I could stay local and she said yes, but would have to review Jocelyn’s portfolio.. she APPROVED without hesitation & I immediately booked in Feb but had to wait until the end of March for our session (a testament to how in demand she is) but it was worth the wait. The week of my appointment there was a death of a loved one and she graciously rescheduled without issue. She is as kind behind the camera as she is in front of it and I was impressed with her ability to work with the tornado of emotions that I was experiencing inside during such a difficult personal time. I signed up for a mini headshot session with Jocelyn and though it was short, it was an incredible experience. It's amazing how in just 15 minutes, Jocelyn was able to make you feel comfortable and get so many great looks. She has a very natural talent for capturing your essence and making you look good. The lighting, the visual quality, everything turned out so well! What I really appreciated is that she took time before our session to hop on a call and discuss my needs and goals. I was able to communicate concerns and we talked about what we can do to get what I wanted out of this session.
