How Much Do Corporate Headshots Cost in Utah?
Short answer: Team headshots at JGardiner Photography are quoted per event. Your quote depends on how many people I’m photographing, how long you need me on site and where your event is. I photograph teams on site across Utah, including Park City, Heber Valley, Salt Lake City and Utah County.
Why are team headshots quoted per event?
No two headshot days look the same. One team needs a couple of hours in a conference room; another wants a station open all day during a retreat or company gathering. Quoting each event means you pay for the time and setup your team actually needs, not a one-size package.
What affects the cost of team headshots?
- Team size. How many people are being photographed. Each person needs about 5 minutes in front of the camera.
- Time on site. A tightly scheduled session for a small team takes far less time than a station that stays open all day.
- Location. Team headshots are always on site: I bring a portable studio to your event, retreat or company gathering. Travel is included in Summit and Wasatch counties; Salt Lake and Utah counties add a $100 travel and setup fee, and other Utah locations are quoted per event.
- Extras. Extra edited images, a styled group photo or rush delivery in 1 week can be added to your quote.

How do I plan a team headshot day?
- Count everyone and pick a date at least 2 weeks out.
- Reserve a conference room or quiet corner with space for a backdrop and lights.
- Book people in 5-minute slots, with a few open slots for latecomers.
- Send the wardrobe guide one week ahead.
- I select and edit the best image of each person and deliver the finals in an online gallery.
